Company Agreement

1. Introduction
​
This Company Agreement ("Agreement") is made between WINER MEDIA FZCO ("we," "us," or "our") and the company or individual ("you," "your," or "Company") who registers to list their tools or devices on our website aimaster.me ("Service"). By registering and using our Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Refund Policy: If our editorial team rejects your submission for any reason, you will immediately be issued a full refund.

*Tools may be rejected if their features are considered unsuitable for our audience.

3. Additional Advertising Options
​
After approval, you may purchase additional advertising options:
​
Featured at the top of the website.
Visible on all search pages.
Active link in the name that directs immediately to your website.
​
Note: Only available after accepting your tool/device.
​
Your tool/device card will appear on the main page in the "Arthur's Choice" section, as well as your logo in the website header. Your card and logo will be visible on the site for a month: in the first week in the first position, in the second week in the second position, and so on. After that, it will disappear from the section, as there are only 4 cards on the main page.

Note: Only available after accepting your tool/device. Applications undergo a strict selection process.

4. YouTube Integration Options
​
In addition to website listings, you can order native integration or exclusive video in our YouTube videos on the channels Arthur Winer and AI Master:
​
A 60-second mention within a video, including a link in the description box and on-screen display.
​
An exclusive review of your product or service lasting 8-10 minutes, including a link in the description box and on-screen display.

5. Use of Your Personal Data​

We may use your personal data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.

To manage your registration as a user of the Service. The personal data you provide can give you access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to you as a registered user.

For the performance of a contract: The development, compliance, and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items, or services you have purchased or of any other contract with us through the Service.

To contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other forms of electronic communication regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products, or contracted services, including security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

To provide you with news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services, and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on our website. You are advised to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
